UltraGrid is Challenge Sailcloth’s take on a gridstop nylon. Of course they went above and beyond to create something unique. A 210D recycled nylon plain weave is reinforced with a 200D UHMWPE double ripstop grid which is nearly uncuttable. This creates a textile with high abrasion and tear resistance in a flexible and lightweight package. Polyurethane backside and DWR top coating provide a high level of water resistance.
